Philipp Geisert

Philipp Geisert is a german creative director and brand consultant.
He has more than 25 years of experience in international agencies. At stations of his professional career belong next to Meiré und Meiré agency, CDC Communications & Design Consultancy Frankfurt, Simon & Goetz Design Frankfurt, Armando Testa Frankfurt and the Ginns Design Group in Sydney.

Geisert studied visual communication in Germany and Australia and graduated in 1993 as a diploma in communications design. In 2003 he founded his own design company and was appointed to the Management Board of the German Werkbund.

The Philipp Geisert Design Studio develops brands and corporate identities, visual guidance systems and communication for an international clientele. These include, CHUGAI Pharma, UNESCO World Heritage, ARNOLD Management Zurich, Messe Frankfurt, Deutsche Bahn, Bogner, Siemens, Smart, Aspecta and many other high quality brands.

His work has received several awards and has been published in various design publications. He was honoured with the iF communication design award, several DDC awards (German Designer Club), red dot design award, Berliner Type awards and also wins an award from Type Directors Club of New York (cdc Group). In Sydney he has won the Gilbert Paper Design Award and in collaboration with Ginns Design Group the Australian National Print Award.

For many years he has also been responsible for the corporate identity and the cover designs of the music label Tales from the inside in Stuttgart. In 2016 Geisert developed the new brand identity for V&S Schäfer consultancy. Since 2017 he works as an external Brand Manager for CHUGAI Pharma Germany.
